Momentum does not honor nominations

My late husband nominated me as his beneficiary on his pension with Momentum. This was unclaimed until now. Momentum is refusing to pay out to me without a letter of authority from court! I am already the executor of his estate but he nominated me and not the estate. I have to now go to court (who is going to fit the bill?) to force Momentum to honor his nomination. So dear Joe Soap, do not think for one moment that your nomination on your products with Momentum will be honored, they will make it as difficult as possible for you to claim
