Momentum does not care about disabled people

Can the person that sent me the mail via hellopeter kindly advise why documents that were sent on the 16th July, confirmed by your clerk yesterday had not been sorted out as yet. All the documents sent from the specialist was correct. Next question, when will this matter be settled as this has now become critical to his health and does anyone of the number of people that have emailed know what Parkinson's actually is. Finally, why is it that you get emails from various people, do you not delegate clients to a specific assessor or do you guys just not care that we have to explain over and over again. So while you people are sitting around discussing about your weekend, my husband is lying in bed stressing on how he is going to look after his family.
