Momentum does not care !

The Worst service EVER. More than 80 calls were made without any answer. After 20 min a call is dropped.

More Than 20 mails have been sent without any response. No complains are answered.

My client retired on 1 August 2024 and do not get an income due to the fact that Momentum Transnet Retirment Funds just do not care about a client.

Very nice to take a monthly cost from the clients account but client service is non existent
