Momentum does not care
My father belonged to the Transnet Pension fund which is administered by Momentum. He just passed away and I need to contact Momentum in order to inform them of his passing and update his details. I have now tried 3 times to call Momentum on *** and every single time it let me hang on for over 12 minutes each time before disconnecting the call.
I've come to the conclusion that Momentum DOES NOT CARE.
Do they really think I have the time and money for calls?????
Thank you for making my dad's passing as stressful as possible. :(
