Momentum - DO NOT INVEST HERE!

hi everyone, I certainly advise AGAINST using Momentum for any of your investment requirements. My wife and I have tried unsuccessfully over a period of 4 months to open 4 simple accounts for our children AND to deposit lump sums into them. The chain of command that has let us down starts right at the bottom with Quniten Cromhout, a broker, all the way to the top manager of the complaints department, namely Josephine. we have wasted probably 5 hours of airtime and 4 months of silliness.

This is not a reputable investment institution, please don't let perceived credentials fool you. After botching the debits (again) yesterday for the new month, and still not having helped us with lump sum deposits effectively, we are hell bent on CLOSING our accounts tomorrow, and moving to a less stressful investment bank.
