Momentum disgusting service causes people to loose their polocy

We have a life policy with momentum and we have spoken to numerous consultant who are so useless and they don't even care about customers. We been to the branch in Cornubia and they are of no help. We have been paying cash for years, they are running a debit order from a bank account which has no transactions, due them debiting that account We now owe the bank R1000 fees for something that is not even our fault. To top it they now saying g the policy is in arrears of R1950 which we have to pay including the current premium. This is absolutely ridiculous. Too take our money momentum is very fast but to honour or assist consumers they are admant. Their product as well as service is disgusting I would not recommend anyone.

Reviewer Update
After reviewing this momentum comes back to state that the only method is debit order and the policy must be paid in advance. The fact that we are paying cash every month we still owe R1900 for the debit order. They will not even waiver thoose fees. All they care about is making money and than causing people to loose their hard earned money. They are draining us out and don't even care we are still incurring bank charges due to them. As per the policy wording there is no mention of the policy only being paid by debit. This company is pathetic to deal with.
