Momentum Disgrace

I am a bookkeeper and I have been trying to get Momentum to issue a correct tax directive for one of my clients, been going on for nearly four months now and following up every month. My client is being penalised by SARS because he cannot submit his tax return because Momentum issued a tax directive without his income tax number on it.
