Momentum disappoints and cause major frustration!

After being a client for many many years at Momentum, I decided to contribute an extra amount into my retirement annuity. This was done on 23 Feb 2023. They only allocated the funds in March 2023 (the next tax cycle), but up to date January 2025, I am still struggling to get a Tax certificate from them to submit to SARS. A long trail of emails between various parties, but no certificate ! Just another ‘escalation’! Shocking (no) service! I have subsequently moved all my funds.
