Momentum Declined claim

<p>My husband went to Thailand in October 2016 and suffered a mild heart attack and had 2 stents put in.</p> <p>We have a policy which is supposed to cover for Core critical Ilness Cover( Dread disease)</p> <p>He had a procedure of Angioplasty 7 years ago and this would be the second procedure.</p> <p>The policy states . We limit the claims to two procedure under PTCA (Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty)</p> <p>I phoned to ask what is happening as I have heard nothing and they told me verbally that the claim was declined du to the fact that he had claimed previously. I then sent them the wording of the policy and was sent an e-mail that they wouldd look into this.</p> <p>When phoning again on the 12 December 2016 the lady told me it was declined and they would get back to me.</p> <p>It is very disturbing to say the least when you have to pay month in and month out for a policy which costs in excess of R 2500 per month and the minute there is a claim they will find any excuse why they should not pay out.</p>
