Momentum death claims - dismal service

• ***2 I submit final requirements for death claim on 3 Retirement Annuities, where I am the nominated beneficiary.

• ***5 Annemie Bedingfield advises that trustees will meet to consider the claim on 17 May, and promises to feedback afterwards.

• ***3 A week after trustee meeting on 17 May. I complain about having received no feedback.

• ***7 *** promises to escalate to the "assigned assessor"(!)

• ***3 Today. Still waiting, almost a month after trustee meeting. Not a word from Annemie Bedingfield, assigned assessor.
