Momentum Death Claim
I have logged a death claim with Momentum for policy nr ********** 3744.
On 17 December 2018 I was informed that a beneficiary was nominated and they needed documents to proceed pay out. The relevant documents was sent on 18 December 2018. As from the deadline date which was 30 Decembet 2018 numerous e-mails was sent and they respond by "MATTER AT ASSESSORS FOR FEEDBACK." Until date 30 January 2019 no feedback has been received. This is very frustrating Could you please assist in this matter. Thank you Mary Scheepers
