Momentum *********

Recently resigned and found a new employ and decided to transfer the majority of my provident to another financial institution. Let me advise anybody who has anything invested with momentum and want to get their money, they will take you from pillar to post. They are a ******** enterprise and will do everything to hold onto your hard earned savings. First time l wanted to get a statement balance of my provident savings they pretended as if l don't exists and l supposedly did not appear anywhere in their systems. Then after the 6th phone-call did l eventually find someone who could assist me with my statement. Then came the issue of forms, every time you move closer to your intent to withdrawal they produce all types of forms all asking pretty much the same thing. And when you send those completed forms back and request feedback on whether they have been captured correctly, they tell you that the emails first need to be downloaded and then only after will it be lodged against your file. In 2022 a modern so-called financial institution tells you that emails first need to be physically downloaded is the biggest ******** l have ever heard. Be very careful of institutions like this, they want to keep my finances invested for as long as possible so they sweat whatever interest and fees they can from me for as long as they can, next they will ask me for DNA samples to verify if its really me. Very sad at this level of service from momentum.
