Momentum Corporate (Retirement Fund Administration)
Awaiting payout since 19 May 2025 after medical disability/provident fund. Sanlam paid over disability for myself as the benifisiary over to Momentum on 19 May 2025 and still witholding my payout.Momentum still strugling to do calculations for my provident fund tax directives since May

The pay-out from Sanlam on 19 May 2025 should have been paid out immediately as i am the beneficiary and no tax to be de ducted as this is a policy pay out.
The Provident fund pay-out is dragging saying the tax directive is refused and Friday again ,stating they would try again Friday but again since then no reply or nothing .I was older than 55 when the 2 pot system came in .
