Momentum - Breaking of contract

I am very unhappy with the way momentum is treating me.

It is time for my anuity to pay out. I went to Momentum in Carletonville and I spoke to Francois Croukamp in the beginning of February 2019. He then told me that the law has changed and that I will not receive my full anuity investment. I told Francois I have the original contract. I took my contract to him and discussed it as on my contract it stipulates that in the event of pay out date I am entitled to the full amount invested.

Francois made copies of the contract and said he will send it to Head Office. I went there numerous times and returned home without any resolutions or help from the Carletonville branch.

Today I get a phone call from Momentum Carletonville to state that they will only pay out 1 third of my money. This is unacceptable as I have a legit contract. I am very upset and dissapointed.
