Momentum bad service

I was a contributor of my provident fund through Momentum. The company I worked with paid over the monies on a monthly basis. I contributed for five months. Now that I left the company, i requested mt provident fund be refunded. I have been dealing with Jennette and she is giving me a run around and not sorting the issue out. It has gone ten months no solution. She Does not return my calls or messages. It seems they dont know what they are doing and they have received the schedule. This is frustrating as she cannot resolve it
