Momentum are dragging their feet.

I am having two preservation funds from Momentum transfered to Alan Gray. The applications have been submitted on 26 January. Momentum advised me the process would be completed in 7-10 working days. This is now 19 Feb and the funds have still not been transferred. My FA advised me the transfer will be finalised only this week. In the mean time the markets are going up and I will pay more for the units. I have a suspicion this is a deliberate dragging of feet by Momentum.
