Momentum and IRP5 - what a sham!!!

Why is it so difficult to get Momentum to send my IRP5 to SARS? I completed my tax return and SARS rejected it because Momentum had failed to file my IRP5 with SARS. Now I cannot even get my refund from SARS because of Momentum's incompetence. SARS should fine companies like Momentum. I called Momentum twice but cannot get a straight answer on when they expect to make the filing. Surely a well-established company like Momentum can do better.
