Momentum all about money and not their customers or wellness thereof;

I am very displeased and disappointment with Momentum. In times where people are in desperate need of money, Momentum has shown that it is not for the people but only accessible when money is transferred to their account. I lodged a withdrawal from a fund last year, this has been ongoing and till to date I haven't received a response. I have been enquiring every week since the year has started but I have been getting endless promises. Last week I person by the name of Luzuko was supposed to call me and provide me with a quote for me to sign. I have spoken to maybe six people who have been referring me to Luzuko but I haven't been successful in getting through to him or receiving my files. Every excuse I get is that this has been escalated. Very disappointing!!! It is very disheartening because we have lenders calling us whilst we are getting delays from people who show actually no sympathy for their customers. I hope this is a lesson for individuals to go onto Hellopeter when choosing their preferred service provider for anything. I cant emphasise this enough.
