Momentum Agents letting you down.

Not the first time to be let down by somebody representing Momentum. My husband and I, did sum changes to our will and wanted more life cover. Did the medical and the paperwork with the doctor. To be told per phone call by the agent that they can't insure me and my husband (his premium would be loaded). I phone the agent several times asking for paper work that confirms this to be send to our GP. It's been 3 months and still no word. WHAT DO WE DO.
