Momentum absolutely useless

The way Momentum has handled my provident fund claim is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I am convinced that nobody who works there gives a damn about client assistance. All they do is just copy & paste emails and never get back to you! All they do is lie and never tell you what's really going on! The managers are even worse, none of them can take accountability and resolve the problem, they just forward my emails to the next person.

I have never felt so defeated, they have no intention of paying my claim whatsoever. . Regards
