Momentum 8s Useless
I recently canceled my momentum retirement policy. 8 was advised to send certain documents of which I comp****. Momentum then sent acknowledge receipt on 21 July 2021 where they indicated that it will roughly take a maximum of 10 working days to finalize everything.
I haven't received any form of communication ever since regardless of me making follow up. I'm tired of calling them. Momentum does not take their clients serious. I was thinking of referring someone but with this kind of treatment I'm getting I'm done

I fail to understand why you had to wait till i publish my complaint against you. My issue was resolved within 30 minutes after I've aired my grievances against you which means this could have been resolved in that 10 days promised
