MOMENTUM

Good day,

I recently resigned at my previous company and decided to let my pension be transferred to my RA fund and my provident to be paid out. The mail was sent from my previous employer on the 29 of Jan 2020 with the withdrawal documents. It was said that I would wait 15-21 working days. I have received no feedback or an sms stating that they are busy with my stuff. I decided to phone today - this is after 16 working days.First agent assisted me and said that no forms were received. I then went and looked at my proof of documents again and made sure that it was sent. I phoned back again - very friendly agent Kea answered and I asked if they can just make sure. After a few minutes she found the mail, no has even started processing the withdrawal and she cannot tell me why??? She now forwarded the mail to the department and said I should receive a sms when they start. I am truly upset and do not believe I should wait for my withdrawal when there was no hold up on my side. Now I should wait another 6 weeks from today??????? This is money I worked hard for and paid each month on time and now to no fault of my own I am not able to receive my monies.

I would never urge any employer or private person to invest their monies with Momentum!!! I want this sorted as soon as possible and I want an explanation of why the process was delayed????

I don't even count on me receiving an sms???????
