MOMENTUM 2 POT CLAIM UNPAID TIMEOUSLY

Good day. I put in my online claim in on the 09 Sept. 2024 along with a few work colleagues. To date all my work colleagues have been paid out in full and i am still waiting. I called the Helpline and waited more than an hour to be assisted, only to be told about difficulties with delays on bank transfers ABSA to Standard and delays with your finance department, so lots of supposed excuses but no direct solution. In short i was not assisted at all or reasurred on an exact date of payout or what the issue is. On your website its stated claims would be processed within 24 hours and in my case it's been 5 days, so am not sure who's watch is broken. How is it that other's claims are being processed timeously irrespective of different banking institutions, what makes my claim any different or less important??? Kindly get back to me formally and process payment my claim urgently.
