Missing Pension Fund Savings

More than 3 years of my pension funds savings with Momentum are missing. I reported this to Momentum on 9 January 2019. I was instructed to complete forms which I sent through the same day. I never received feedback from Momentum so I decided to enquire on 24 January 2019. There was no progress on my request, my documents were missing and they would have come back to me. With still no progress on the matter, I enquired again on 28 January 2019. I was told that there is still no progress on my request, even though I received a case number there has been no file created for my query, my documents are still missing and of course my almost 4 years pension fund savings are still missing. I would definitely not recommend people trusting Momentum with their retirement if they can't even find money that is invested with them, nor find documents on their own system or attend to client's queries within a reasonable time frame.
