Missing Funds - Zero Understanding

I left my last employer at the end of September 2015 and transferred the money from their Funds at Work Fund to my own personal one or so I thought...... On Wednesday I after updating my details logged onto the Funds at Work website only to find that my Profile which showed a provident preservation fund had zero funds showing. After spending some three hours being transferred to various call centres and repeating the same thing numerous times I still have no feedback. I have spoken to Lethabo and Adrian amongst numerous others. I need to understand why : <br> <br> 1. An instruction given at the end of September 2015 has still not been actioned<br> 2. Where are the funds<br> 3. What has happened to the performance of the funds<br> 4. Why nobody can tell me why it cannot be rectified immediately<br> 5. Why nobody from momentum bothers to give feedback
