MISLEADING INFORMATION

I have purchased the misfit flash device from Quantifi, whom momentum multiply deals with. Recently I noticed water getting into the device and the device switches on and off occasionally. When the lights do come on, water drops can be seen on/in the device lights.<br> <br> The packaging states that the product is water proof to 30 meters and there is a swim picture on the box with the word swim written below it.<br> <br> Being a consumer of this product, I deem this as being unfair as a result of misrepresentation.<br> <br> I seem to be getting no joy from Momentum, Multiply or Quantifi with regards to this matter which is affecting my finances due to not receiving the rewards due to me since the device no longer works.<br> <br> I am an extremely dissatisfied customer whom trusted momentum multiply to deal with legitimate suppliers. Quantifi does not seem to assist and pushes blame on misfit whom is their supplier.<br> <br> I AM GETTING NO HELP! - APPALLING SERVICE FROM MOMENTUM WHOM REFUSES TO PUT PRESSURE ON MULTIPLY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.
