Misinterpretation and dishonesty

This is specifically aimed at Multiply!!

I really feel that I am being done in by Multiply with regards to being pushed to private club.

I called multiply to find out what I still need to do to accumulate points to get to private club on 28 December 2018, and the lady explained I can get 80 points for a check on my vehicles by Tiger Wheel and Tyre, as well as 10 points per validation (100 max) for home and vehicle validations.

I did these things and called multiply to ask why the points didn’t reflect, they had me send it through another time after that. No one in this entire conversation said to me I wont be private club cause my Multiply started 1 Jan 2017 (even though that is not true). Also they made the error in saying that these are how I can get more points, because after doing it I received a message saying that I have reached my max points for that category. I was called yesterday by a lady that admitted that Multiply made the mistake and that my points would be 1520 if they allocate those points, but 1 Jan 2019 I would have the product for 2 years and that puts me at 0 points.

So if I reach my 1500 points in May, and I reach 2 year premier member in June, I would immediately go to private club… and continue private club in January of the following year. Which means that IF I did become a member 1 Jan 2019, and I reach my points in December 2018, I should be a private club member in Jan 2019.

Before I get to why I say I didn’t join Multiply 1 Jan, I would like to bring your attention to the 2018 explanation of points pamphlet: Even if I got the product 1 January 2017, I would have Multiply Premier for 2 years, and accumulated 1500 points in my 2nd year, putting me at private club in my 3rd year.

Secondly, I refer you to Mails sent 2016: I have mail sent 20\\12 December 2016 with my Multiply membership number, proving I have been a member of Multiply before 1 January 2017

Another one dated 12 December stating Momentum has confirmed my option change, and awaiting confirmation from Multiply

Another dated 14 December 2016 confirming change of username and password on Miltiply login. I even still have the welcoming mail dated 20 December 2016 welcoming me to Multiply! Clearly I was a multiply member before 1 January 2017, and I feel I should be moved to private club!!
