MetLife boost fund payout
I resigned on the 19th December 2017 & was informed that my boost fund would be paid out in a few days of my paperwork being submitted from my company. Now everything has been submitted and I was told that it would take a month or two to be paid out. I really can't afford to wait that long as I have a 11 month old baby to take care of. It's been over a month since I have resigned and I can't wait another two months before I get this pay out! I was told by the department in Cape Town that they will get someone to look into it being processed for me but no one's gotten back to me. I do not need the run around, I just need this to be processed as in YESTERDAY.

Our Portfolio Head was in contact wit the HR department at Shoprite who confirmed on 18 January 2018 that we will get the termination details of yourself with the next contribution which will be on 01.02.2018. MRA will then commence with this process and all claims received in this batch (which will include yourself )will be processed and the turnaround time is 4 weeks.
