Lousy excuses and delaying processes
I'm shocked at the lousy excuses Momentum has come up with to delay the inevitable. I have opted to move my RA, and Momentum has chosen not to communicate, drag their feet and give my financial advisors silly reasons why they can't process the transfer. Its pitiful to say the least! I would have taken up other services but how you chose to handle this says alot!

12 Oct 2022, 13:45What I was told by my advisors is that Momentum has looked for any reason to delay and it goes as far as the email on my profile doesn't match and there for you are dragging your feet. Also that irrespective you don't communicate that there is information outstanding you rather say nothing till they chase you done and even so don't relay information so that they can complete things on their end.
