Lost in translation no updates
Been in constant contact with the company and relayed my concerns and need for urgent assistance but just empty promises and no solid revert. Everything feels like it's just hanging in the air. Left in the dark on my claim.

26 Aug 2022, 11:48Do not use this company they forced me into debt review due to the delay of my claim and I have fallen into depression again. No assistance and no telephone contact received. The information on email reverted is laughable and totally irrelevant.
