Lost documents from fund: IRP5 for 2009

I was really disappointed when I recently noticed that no one could help me to get documents which insurance administered back in 2009. I had requested an IRP5 from 2009 from them, the whole admin had no idea what I was referring yet momentum handled accounts for Mine Workers Provident Fund. One thing that really surprised me was, some of my emails were ignored. At this moment I’m stuck, can’t file my tax return because a fund destroyed/lost my documents👎🏾
