Lies, lies, and more lies

On 18-08-2020, I submitted my UIF claim. I never heard back from them except for when I contacted them first. On 29-10-2020, they sent an SMS confirming that they had received my claim. I never heard from them again until I started calling in November. A consultant named Alice told me that someone named Kgomotso was handling our case (I filed together with my colleagues). Every week, they've been telling me that there's some tax issue with my claim and that I'd get paid out a few days later. On 08-12-2020, yet another consultant told me that they're only processing my claim now. That can't be true because all my colleagues have been paid out, yet I'm being **** to and sent from pillar to post. This is totally unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
