Lies for a moment
The worst company too try and get a Policy(savings plan) paidout. Been struggle for over 2 weeks after the forms have been sign, mail and recieved by momemunt.I got Retrench and needed my savings plan quick . After plenty off email and no answer from them i call the them. There reason for not paying is i had a deposit a couple of my premies as the debit order didnt go out. Well needed less to say on a 9 year policy and a little R8000 they didnt know were too put i had too get bankstatement and proof of payment for a year ago. Which i did.and got promise the money will be in my account in 2day. Well that was last week friday and stiil nothing. I have phoned everyday and getting same answer from them. We have escalate it and we will payout before 3 pm . Lies lies and more lies.
