Lies and poor service

The poor service of this institution deserves 5 stars. To date I have not been paid for my Claim, momentum umbrella fund is the worst, the lady assisting me Nompumelelo Vilakzi is my consultant but i habe to be the one making contact, i supp**** my documents the first of Feb 2021, i called in on the 4th Feb and only then they allocated my documents, i was told the claim process is 14 days but to date i have not recieved my money, if i dont get my money today I promise I will escalate this further, Monday Nompumelelo send an email to advise my claim will take 10-15 days wow so overall my claim will take a month, i can't believe the incompetence of these people. I really want nothing to do with this institution anymore.
