Late Payout with no response to my emails
After being told that I would receive my payout 26 days after I had requested my money I still have not received my money and it has been 2 months now. I was asked for my address over 20 days ago and I have not even received feedback with regards to this. I have also emailed your team with no response. When Will my money be paid? Will I ever get my money and why has it taken almost double the time for you to give me MY money?

We are currently applying in for tax and should the directive be positive, we will be in a position to pay the claim tomorrow.
This will then take 48 hours to reflect in your bank account.
