Lack of urgency
It's been 18 months of waiting for my provident fund withdrawal to be processed. Finally, 2 months ago someone was appointed to help resolve my case which I am truly grateful for. However, since then it has been one holdup after the other with no indication of when it will be resolved. There's just no urgency to resolve this issue which affects the livelihood of people!! There are multiple solutions that can help work through this backlog of people waiting indefinitely but none seems to be taken.

27 Jan 2023, 10:52If by "update" you mean that I have received numerous emails stating that they have "no feedback", "still waiting" and "will follow up", then yes, I have been updated. This is hardly and update. An update involves proper dates and timelines and a sound strategy. The only strategy being app**** here, is waiting. Reliant on an external source? Hold the source accountable. How long can it possibly take to get the fund contribution rate. There are hundreds of people with the same fund. The bottom line is, this has not been a month or two, this has now been 19 months for me. Any amount of time you take now, is too long. I shouldn't have to wait a day longer. It is not on me, that Momentum decided to blatantly disregard my existance when you initially realized there was a discrepancy with my fund. If you addressed it back then, we wouldn't be in this position. You should be doing everything you can now, to gets this resolved today. Maybe you don't care because I am not a Momentum client... Irony is, if you dealt with this better, I probably would have been a Momentum client by now.
