lack of service!!!

It's been 2 weeks since I app**** for withdrawal of my 2 pot funds. I have been calling since last week. I would have waited (although impatiently) If I haven't been given the runaround since then. Every time I called back, I was given a different story. Someone even said that the system was only ready since the 15th!!!! which was a blatant lie since a colleague received her payout on that same Saturday. 3 times I was promised a call back by the administrator who was apparently supposed to correct some issues by QC on Monday. It's now almost Thursday and still nothing. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of service. MOMENTUM I EXPECTED BETTER!!! and the funds is still sitting in my portfolio which means it hasn't even been disinvested yet.
