Lack of Momentum!

I suspect a breach of security on the Momentum website. I tried to resolve the issue with Momentum without luck. No-one bothers to answer a call and when I made contact with a "Support Agent" she was unable to call or to get a colleague to call me. The problem was first reported yesterday (23rd July) and my attempts to be taken seriously are brushed off.
