Lack of feedback and outright arrogance

We were contacted by a tracing agency more than a year ago that was contracted by momentum. We were told of the urgency to resolved unclaimed funds from our deceased father. We supp**** all relevant documents that were then submitted to the momentum unclaimed funds department. We were then told everything is in order and awaiting finalisation with the trustees and board of directors. We were initially told the process would take 6 months. After 6 months when we inquired we were told if would take 12 months. 12 months later when we inquired we were told there was no timeframe and we would have to wait to wait for a resolution by the trustees and board of directors. If they were in such a hurry to get our documentation and saying the matter is urgent why are we still waiting 18 months later with no solid response from anyone. Their tone is dismissive and unbothered. So dissapointed, if this is their modus operandi then I would not want my children to go through the same red tape and arrogance.
