Lack of Feedback and Communication

On 28 May, I submitted the required documents after being requested to do so by one of your consultants. The documents were completed and returned as instructed. Since then, I have received no proactive communication. On the 2nd of June, I made a follow-up call to the consultant handling my matter, but no clear update has been provided. During our most recent conversation on Monday 8th June, I specifically asked whether I should call back for feedback. The consultant advised that she would send me an email with an update. To date, no such email has been received. Yesterday, I called again and requested to speak with her. I was informed that she was on another line, and I left my details with a request for her to contact me. Once again, I have received no response.
