Lack of customer service and Lies: Withdrawal claim

I have the same complaint as others regarding my withdrawal claim, it seems like this is your best practice. after a number of follow ups, i get different stories and now new payment dates. I am so disappointed with you. I want my money to be paid as per your policy and your commitments please. i have made plans for this money this coming weekend. don't play games
