Lack of communication regarding a withdrawal.

Hi, I withdrew my personal contribution from my monetum fund oo the 12th of August. I understand the process can take upnto 26 days but I have sent a email on the 26th trying to check on the progress of this withdrawal. I still have not received feedback. The reference number for the withdrawal is ***. Please help.
