Lack of communication

I am highly disappointed in this company, I submitted a withdrawal on my pension fund on the 27/06/25 and the automated response said it would take 26 working days for the payout. My last day at work was on thr 24/07/25 and up until now now feedback. I called in last week to get feedback and was advised the payout would be early this week, I called in again today and was told a “Jamie” was handling my withdrawal and a message would be sent to her to “urgently” review it and that a payout would now be month end of August. It really is a mess dealing with this company.
