Karabo multip**** my confidence in Multiply

I called Multiply yesterday to follow up on an issue that occurred on 4th January 2016 that another Multiply Call Centre Consultant was supposed to have gotten back to us about. By this stage I was ready to throw in the towel with Multiply as I felt their their total lack of response was unprofessional, to say the least, and was not a good reflection on the company at all. Fortunately for Multiply, and for me, Karabo Moeng answered my call. He took the initiative with my issue and the matter was sorted out, all thanks to Karabo. His patience I can only but admire, his eagerness & willingness to assist me in getting the issue sorted out was exemplary, and his unwavering professional and courteous approach to me, the by-then-raving-lunatic, needs to be promoted. Please ensure that Karabo receives all the credit and recognition due to him
