Just no feedback

<p>Put in a claim in February - Had to get do***ents sorted VIA attorneys and court - Its already May and nothing? When you request for urgent feedback you get ignored you call and no one answers - Momentum very quick to take money every month but very slow to respond to an email or phone call - But i get msgs to join the Medical Aid if i get ignored for a response on email can you imagine how I will be ignored when i need to go see a doctor or be admited to Hospital. <u></u><strike></strike></p>
