Alas, I wish to acknowledge and thank a very valuable employee within Momentum -JOLEN ORTEL. She is with the death benefits & claims units. I want to thank her for her extreme professionalism, efforts beyond scope and her human touch. Before my matter was presented to your trustees by Jolen I dealt with many nonchalant and somewhat *********** people and just reached a dead lock until I got a call from Jolen. I publicly sing her praises and she's an example to other staffers at Momentum!
