Its always a story to pay Out our Provident fund Money

Our provident fund was liquidated in 2023 already we waited for over a year for half of our provident fund,now we waiting 3 years just to get the other half,evertime we call in they have a different story but the can never tell us when we will be receiving our money,they said last year we will receive it before end January,we received nothing,then they emailed us the 14 Jan that it was approved by the fsca and we will receive payments by end January 2026,when i called this morning to ask what exactly is happening because i get given a different story everytime,i was told i must call next week because they cant say when they will be paying our money,now my question is does it take 3 years to pay out provident fund? Because i have never ever heard of provident funds taking this long to get paid out,i will NEVER EVER recommend Momentum to Anyone you guys are the worst when it comes to services
