Is Momentum a legit company ?

If I could give a negative rating, I honestly would. We have been dealing with Momentum for over a year regarding my late father's pension fund. We have provided every document they requested, several times, and followed every instruction. Yet, every time the date for payment approaches, they either go completely silent or suddenly ask for another set of documents that we have already submitted. It feels like we are stuck in a loop with no progress and no accountability. At this point, I am seriously starting to question whether they are acting in good faith. This process has been emotionally draining and deeply disappointing.
