Irrational request

This corporate entity refuses to accept a demand by the owner, a change of beneficiary namely to the life assured. Momentum insists that the beneficiary must include the estate of the life assured. The latter is a practical consequence of the designation of the name of the insured life. Momentum's request is irrational.
