Investment

On the 18th of January 2017, I transferred funds form my capitec account to a momentum wealth account to be invested on my behalf. On the 24th of February, I recieved a 3rd email stating that my money is not yet invested. I then requested a refund as I lost out on a month's interest.

The following were requested and I did furnish the company with the requirements:

1. A signed and dated refund instruction.
2. Proof of deposit.
3. A copy of your identity document.
4. Proof of residence in your name not older than 3 months.
5. Proof of bank account not older than 3 months.
6. Confirmation whether you are a politically exposed person.
7. Source of funds

On the 13th of much, I got another email stating that they can't refund my money cause in addition to what they requested above they also need:

A copy of your identity document with 3 specimen signatures certified by the Commissioner of Oaths. We do not have your signature on record

This is only requested 14 days, they are getting interest on my money which will not even be paid to me. Pathetic company

I refer to our telephone conversation on 14 March 2017 as well as my e-mail earlier today.

The refund has been finalised and the amount should reflect in your account before the end of business today.

Kind regards
